Verify the QualificationThe OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management is specifically designed to provide learners with an excellent foundation for building a professional career, and is applicable to multiple types of organisation. This qualification encourages each student to be: an independent thinker, confident in owning a business, enriched with detailed knowledge of business management, and equipped with skills to help deal with rapid change.

The qualification is designed to be completed over one academic year of full-time study. However, we accommodate for completely flexible delivery, so that students can schedule their learning around other commitments such as work or family. The qualification is delivered online through our Virtual Learning Environment.
All units within this qualification are internally assessed by our qualified assessors and externally verified by the awarding organisation.Learners are reasonably expected to spend a minimum of ten weeks completing the listed guided learning hours of the qualification after registering with OTHM.The qualifications are criterion-referenced, based on achieving all the specified learning outcomes. Learners must provide evidence to demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria. Successful completion of this course enables the learners to get direct entry into OTHM Level 5 Diplomas, including the Level 5 Diploma in Business Management. As this diploma is regulated and approved by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulations), Learners can get direct entry into year 2 of three-year UK Bachelor’s degree programs at Arden University, University of Sunderland, London Graduate School, Coventry University, and Concordia University Chicago.
