This Level 4 Certificate in Leading IQA course is designed to be completed online at the pace that suits you the best. We also provide a fast-track completion option for this certificate course. Successful completion of this qualification enables learners to progress onto the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, which would allow you to apply for QTLS status and become a teacher in state-funded secondary schools.
Most of the tasks would be attempted through essay style written accounts and reflections of your own IQA practices. Simulations are not allowed. Evidence must be submitted for the practical tasks and come from the Trainee IQA’s performance in the work environment. There must be evidence of the Trainee IQA monitoring a minimum of 2 assessors each working with a minimum of 2 candidates of their own and at least 2 internal verifiers who quality assure 2 assessors through components of a qualification. All evidence must be valid, authentic and sufficient for all the assessment criteria.
